JP is not Salla’s only source of information about ETs and high strangeness. Elena Danaan, a contactee, is close friends with Thor Han, a spokesman for the Galactic Federation of Worlds. When Danaan was 9 years old, she was abducted by Gray ETs, and Thor Han rescued her. Later, he took her to the mothership of the Ashtar Command sitting in the atmosphere of Jupiter. The Galactic Federation had asked the Ashtar Command to come to our Solar System to help in keeping it safe from hostile ETs. The Ashtar mothership was veritable city, with high building and roads. I was encased in an unknown type of glass. Thor Han put a device either on or in Danaan’s head so they would have instant telepathic information exchange.

One of the ETs named Alan spoke to a human named Daniel Fry about our nuclear weapons. He said, “Unless unity is achieved between your nations, the very existence of such weapons will eventually bring about the downfall of your civilization, even though they are never used (Federations, Councils and Secret Space Programs). Some humans heard even more disturbing news.

The news was that Earth was going to change. ETs wanted their previous territories on Earth back. Some ETs would petition the legal courts on Earth to reclaim the territory of different nation states. But some ETs were prepared to take territory back without asking permission and repopulate the Earth with other incoming ETs, of their own kind or refugees. And another surprise was that the migration had already started. Both positive and negative ETs wanted their land back. The ETs would negotiate with the leaders of the nations involved, including Jordan, Israel, Iraq, Syria and Australia. Salla commented that this news is very disturbing, and nations would never give up their sovereignty. Even more disturbing to Salla was the idea that ETs would resort to military force to reclaim their “lands.”

In a leaked 1947 “Magestic document” Dr. Albert Einstein and Dr. Robert Oppenheimer discussed the possibilities of technologically superior ET civilizations negotiating with supranational bodies such as the UN. What would we do if they desired to settle here? Are they politically organized and possess a culture similar to ours? What if the ETs are so far advanced that we need to be tutored to understand them? Would the UN take responsibility for that, and what gives the UN the right to make people understand the ETs? And what about international law? The world has learned to govern itself and the frail network of laws that govern the behavior of nations can’t be set aside. I do want to suggest that there is plenty of room for ETs. The entire middle of the US is practically uninhabited. There’s Siberia. There are the jungles of Africa and South America. Mongolia and Antarctica. Greenland and the Yukon Territory. Alaska. But, as Salla was reflecting, the world had changed since 2016, the year that JP had obtained this information. The dominant ETs on Earth, the Draco Reptilians and the Orion Gray Alliance, had lost influence and power because of the intervention of the Galactic Federation of Worlds, the Andromeda Council, Ashtar Command and other positive ET groups. Now it’s unlikely that a takeover of Earth would be allowed. People ought to know this. They should know that we have friends in high places. They should know they have nothing to fear.
